If There Is a Problem With an Order
If you have a problem with your order and/or the products you received, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. A free replacement or refund is offered in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item for replacement or refund. Also, the shipping cost you paid when you initially ordered is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, only the cost of the product will be refunded to you, not the shipping fee.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order (damaged item) back.
Refunds (If Applicable)
To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly take photos of your purchase and send them to contact@bookishbay.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your account through your chosen payment method (such as PayPal) within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
This is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only upon order.
If the order shipping details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, the company will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported due to a wrong order or because you simply don’t like the product.

Return Address
If you are returning your product for a refund, you should mail your product to the fulfillment center. Please send an email to contact@bookishbay.com, and you will receive a reply with instructions on how and where to mail your returns.
