Required information when ordering
If you wish to purchase any product, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your billing address and your shipping information.
Regarding shipping, the following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.
Shipment processing time
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
After an item is shipped, things move beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19.
Shipping rates (Standard or Express)
All of our products have a standard shipping option, the amount of which varies depending on your location; express shipping can be available in some products—please refer to “Additional Information” tab in the product page.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
