Mode of Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal and other available gateways via secure payment processors that directly handle the credit/debit card or bank information you provide in order to process your payment. Your payment information is not stored by the shop. [Read the privacy policy]

Required Information When Ordering

If you wish to purchase any product, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your billing address and your shipping information.

By submitting your information, you authorize that information to be retained in the shop’s database to facilitate your future orders, subject to the privacy policy.

Regarding shipping, the following terms and conditions constitute the shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

If a high volume of orders is being processed, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

After an item is shipped, things move beyond control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences.

Shipping Rates (Standard or Express)

All products have a standard shipping option, the amount of which varies depending on your location; express shipping can be available for some products—please refer to the “Additional Information” tab on the product page.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
