Our return policy states the conditions and processes for the return or exchange of goods purchased, for applying for refunds, and the cost of shipping.
If there is a problem with an order
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our team within 30 days of product delivery. We offer free replacement or refund in case of damaged product or manufacturing error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item for replacement or refund. Also, shipping cost (which you paid when you initially ordered) is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, i.e., we will only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping fee.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order (damaged item) back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly take photos of your purchase and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will credit the amount in your account thru PayPal, within a certain number of days.
We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only upon order.
If the order shipping details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported due to wrong order or the customer simply doesn’t like the product.

If you are returning your product for refund, you should mail your product to our fulfillment center. Please email us at email@example.com and we will reply with instructions on how and where to mail your returns.
